How to access your Pool Brain subscription details
Log into Pool Brain as the Company Owner (the user login that created the Pool Brain account)
Click the drop down arrow in the top right corner, then click "Subscription" in the menu that appears
How to update your Pool Brain subscription details
Account Information
Click "Account Information" option
Click the row with your name or the "Company" row to change your first/last name, email address, and company name
Billing Address
Click "Billing & Shipping Addresses" option
Click the address row to edit it
If you are trying to change the Company Address that appears on Customer Invoices, see Edit Company Information instead
Payment Methods
Click "Payment Methods" option
Edit your Payment Details. This is how your Pool Brain subscription will be charged each month.
You can also add a back up payment method. This can prevent any billing issues if your Primary Payment Method fails (such as if a card expires).
Click "Add New" button
Enter the card information
Billing History
Click "Billing History" option to view a list of your past charges
Click "Download" next to any charge to save a copy of the invoice for your records and view more invoice details
