Create Multiple Equipment Items Per Category
Click the plus icon on any equipment card to add additional equipment items (2 filters, 4 pumps, 3 heaters, etc). A new tab is created for each item and there is no limit to how many you can add.
Name the equipment items so techs and office staff know which item they're working with (Filter Pump, Spa Jets, Water Feature, Booster, etc). Remember that equipment is specific to each body of water.
Equipment name, type, photos, notes, schedules, workflow settings, and history logs are specific to each piece of equipment you add.
Multiple equipment items are represented at a glance by multiple dots beneath the equipment icon.
Hovering over the equipment icon reveals caret arrows to quickly cycle through each item (or click the dots directly). Click the icon to open the equipment card with the proper tab already selected.
Set any equipment item as "primary" to have its icon and stats display as the viewable default in the equipment bar for that body of water.
Additional workflow actions for "Cleaned Filter", "Cleaned Salt Cell", and "Backwashed" will now display for each applicable piece of equipment on job and route stop workflows. The equipment name and type now display for each workflow action.
Techs can also create and view multiple equipment items directly in the app.
View & Edit Line Item Descriptions in App
Techs can now view the full description for products and services on jobs, quotes, and invoices in the app if they tap on the line item. (this is the description saved for the product / service in Pool Brain)
If techs have proper permission, they can tap the description to edit it. This edits the description only on the specific job, quote, or invoice and doesn't alter the description saved for the product / service in Pool Brain.
Auto-Create Deposits In QBO for Auto-Reconciliation
Pool Brain can now auto-create deposits in Quickbooks Online each day for credit card and ACH transactions that were processed. This allows Quickbooks to auto-reconcile them against your actual deposits from Nuvei if that bank account is linked to your QBO account. No more manual matching 🎉
A toggle setting named "Auto-create deposits in QBO" now exists in Settings page --> Integrations tab --> Quickbooks Online section.
Activate the toggle to begin auto-creating deposits each day.
"Sync invoices, payments, and refunds" toggle must be active to use this feature.
You must have "Undeposited Funds" or "Payment to deposit" selected in the "Account" drop down menu.
Nuvei credentials must be entered and active in Settings --> Payment Processing tab

Other Improvements
"Customers" page now has a sortable "Created on" date column.
"Customers" excel report now includes a column showing the date the customer was created in Pool Brain.
The search bar on "Customers" page will now auto-search as you type (no need to press the enter key).
Filter clean and salt cell clean schedule line item quantities now properly accept decimal point values.
