Importing your customer info through a Quickbooks Online connection is the most common way to use PoolBrain and it's as easy as signing into your account.
You only need to do this once.
STEP 1 -Click on the "CUSTOMERS" tab on the left side of the screen to bring up the import options (you can also do this from the settings section).
STEP 2 - Click on "IMPORT FROM QUICKBOOKS"
STEP 3 - A QuickBooks (Intuit) sign-in window will appear.
Enter the same username and password that you would normally use to sign-in to your Quickbooks Online account for you company.
Follow any additional prompts given and your customer information will begin to sync with PoolBrain right away. The syncing process typically takes less than 5 minutes and you'll need to refresh the page to see the customer data.
