Reasons why a customer may not import from QBO to Pool Brain and how to fix

Reasons Customers Won't Import From QBO to Pool Brain

  • Customers without at least one address will not import

  • Customers with an incomplete address will not import
    (street address, city, state and zip fields must all be entered)

  • Customers without a first name will not import

  • Customers marked as "sub-customers" will not import

  • Inactive / archived customers will not import

If you have verified that none of these issues exist for the customer that exists in QBO but won't import into Pool Brain, please let us know and send us a screenshot of the customer details in QBO. We will work with you to get it corrected.
