Reasons Customers Won't Import From QBO to Pool Brain
Customers without a BILLING address will not import
Customers with an incomplete billing address will not import
(street address, city, state and zip fields must all be entered)
If you have verified that none of these issues exist for the customer that exists in QBO but won't import into Pool Brain, please let us know and send us a screenshot of the customer details in QBO. We will work with you to get it corrected.
