You can edit upcoming invoices on-demand to add additional line items, update existing line items, or change the discount and tax amounts.

How to Access an Upcoming Invoice

  • Open an upcoming invoice page for any property in one of 2 ways:

    • Go to the property page for the upcoming invoice you want to edit, scroll to the bottom and click "Invoices" tab, click the yellow rectangle at the top of this section that says "Upcoming monthly invoice" to open the upcoming invoice page.
      โ€‹

    • Go to the "Reports" page by clicking "Reports" in the left hand menu. In the Invoices section, click "Upcoming Invoices" category box. Search for the upcoming invoice you want to edit and select the appropriate row from the list to open the upcoming invoice page.

How to Add a New Line Item

  • To add a new line item, click on the blue "Add +" button text

  • Search for the Product, Service, or Bundle you would like to add and select it from the list to add it to the upcoming invoice as a new line item

Manually added line items will not be edited or overwritten by the system for any reason. Existing route stop line items or chemical charge line items may be overwritten when another route stop is completed depending on your billing settings.

How to Edit an Existing Line Item

  • Hover over the line item you want to edit

  • Click the blue "edit" text that appears on the left hand side of the line item

  • Click into the appropriate field to edit the line item description, quantity, and/or price. Click "SAVE" button to save your changes and exit editing mode for that line item.

  • You can check or uncheck the "Tax" checkbox on the far right side of the line item any time to change whether the line item is taxable or not (taxable subtotal on the invoice will update immediately after making this change to any line item)

Chemicals used on a one time job are not automatically added to an upcoming invoice. If you want to add chemicals used from a one time job, you will need to manually add a new line item and add whichever chemical product you want with the quantity, description, and price that you want. Manually added line items will not be overwritten by the system for any reason.
