You can create your company vehicles in Pool Brain and assign them to technicians to track who is driving which vehicle along with other important details such as where spare keys are stored. You can also track tools and product inventory on the truck.
Create a new Truck
Click "Trucks & Tools" on the left hand menu
Click "ADD TRUCK" button to create a new Truck
Enter the Truck information
Truck Name - any name to quickly reference the truck
Make
Model
Year
Color
License plate number
VIN number
Additional notes can be added such as where spare keys are stored
Add photos
If you add multiple photos, you can select a cover photo
You can assign the truck to a technician here or from any Technician's profile page.
Click "SAVE" button once you've entered all of the truck information
Once your Trucks are created, you can easily view all of your Trucks in either a grid or list view.
Edit a Truck
Click "Trucks & Tools" on the left hand menu
Click the Truck you want to edit
Edit Truck Name, Make, Model, Year, Color, License Plate, VIN, Notes, or Pictures. Changes save automatically as they're entered.
Delete a Truck
Click "Trucks & Tools" on the left hand menu
Click the Truck you want to delete
Click "DELETE" button
Click "Delete" in the pop over window that displays to confirm
Activity History
Review the Activity History for any vehicle by clicking the truck you want to view and then clicking the white icon in the top left corner of the pop over window.
