Assign trucks to technicians to track who is driving the vehicle and responsible for the inventory on the vehicle. Inventory will auto-deduct from a technician's assigned truck as they complete jobs.
Assign a Truck from the Technician Profile
Click "Technicians" from the left side menu
Click the NAME of any technician to view their profile page
Scroll down to "Assigned Vehicle" section and Click "add vehicle"
Click any Truck (vehicle) in the list that appears to assign it to the technician
Assign a Technician from the Truck Page
Click "Trucks & Tools" from the left side menu
Click on the Truck you want to assign
Click "Assign Technician"
Click any technician's name to assign the truck to that technician
How to Change or Un-Assign an Assigned Truck
Click "Technicians" from the left side menu
Click the NAME of any technician to view their profile page
Scroll down to "Assigned Vehicle" section and Click "switch vehicle"
Change assignment or un-assign the truck
Change Assignment - Click any Truck (vehicle) in the list that appears to assign it instead of the currently assigned truck
Un-assign - Click the "Unassign this vehicle" option at the top of the list that appears to un-assign the truck from the technician
