Add products or tools to any inventory location or truck to track date received, quantity on hand, cost paid, whether the item is a "stock item", and photos of the item.

To add inventory items, you need to already have created locations or created trucks.
Add Item to an Inventory Location
Click "Inventory" from the left side menu
Click the Location you want to add an inventory item to
Click "Add Item"
Choose an existing Product or Tool by searching for it
The Location you chose is already selected but you can change this in the drop down menu if desired
Enter the Purchase Date, Quantity and Cost. The Cost field is the cost you paid to purchase the item.
Designate Items as "Stock" or "Non-Stock"
Any items marked as a "Stock Item" will continue to display in the view for the Truck or Location even if the quantity on hand is zero
Any items NOT marked as a "Stock Item" will be hidden when quantity is reduced to zero, but can be viewed on demand if you click the "show 0 quantity items" text at the top of any location or truck inventory page
Click "Add Item" button to add the item with saved details

Add Item to a Truck
Click "Inventory" from the left side menu
Click "Trucks" tab in the top left corner
Click the Truck you want to add an inventory item to
Click "Add Item"
Choose an existing Product or Tool by searching for it
The Truck you chose is already selected but you can change this in the drop down menu if desired
Enter the Purchase Date, Quantity and Cost. The Cost field is the cost you paid to purchase the item.
Click "Add Item" button to add the item with saved details

Adjust Inventory Item Details
Click "Inventory" from the left side menu
Click the Location or Truck where the product or tool (inventory item) exists
Click an Item to open the details window for that item
Click the blue icon in either the purchase date, quantity, or cost fields to adjust them
You can also edit whether the item is a "stock item" and any photos associated with the item
When a one time Job is completed in the app, technicians will be prompted to confirm which parts were used on the Job and in which quantities. Their truck inventory will be auto-updated based on what is entered if a matching item exists in their truck inventory.
