Quotes in "Open" status can be edited in the web dashboard or the mobile app.
Edit Quote Fields

Click directly on any of the following fields to edit them.
"Title"

"Notes" - Quote Notes, Office Notes, and Tech Notes

💡 Quote Notes, Office Notes, Tech Notes, Sales Rep, and Assigned Technician can only be edited in the web dashboard.
Add Line Items
Office Staff – Web Dashboard
Click "Add +."
Search your Products & Services Library and select the product or service.
• If the product or service does not yet exist in your library, select "Create New Product +" or "Create New Service +" that displays in place of the search results to create a new product or service that can be added to the quote.
Technicians – App
Tap "+ Add Item."
Search your Products & Services Library and tap the product or service to add.

Edit a Line Item
Office Staff – Web Dashboard
Hover over a line item and click "Edit" when it appears, then edit the "Description" "Qty," "Price," or "Taxability" options.
Technicians – App
Tap the line item you want to edit, then edit the "Description" "Qty," "Price," or "Taxability" options.
Add Photos or PDF Documents to a Line Item
Office Staff – Web Dashboard
Add a photo or PDF - Click the "camera + icon" on the line item & select the file you want to attach.
Add or edit a caption - Click "add caption" to add a caption. To edit an existing caption, hover over it and click the "pencil icon."
Remove a photo or PDF -Hover over the photo or PDF until the red "x" appears, click the red "x" do delete the photo or PDF.
Technicians – App
Add a photo - Tap the "camera + icon" on the line item and take a new photo or select one from your photo gallery.
Add or edit a caption - Tap the photo or PDF you want to add or edit a caption for and edit the caption.
Delete a photo or PDF - Tap the photo or PDF you want to remove, then tap "Delete Picture."
Delete or Remove a Line Item
Office Staff – Web Dashboard
Hover over a line item and click "Edit" when it appears, then click "Delete".
Technicians – App
Tap the line item and select "Remove" from the options provided.
Add or Edit a Discount
Office Staff – Web Dashboard
To add a discount - click "Add" in the discount field and enter the discount to be applied.
To remove a discount - click "Remove".
Technicians – App
To add a discount - Tap "Discount/Tax.", then tap "add" and enter the discount amount.
To remove a discount - Tap "Discount/Tax, then tap "Remove."
Add or Edit Tax
The tax rate assigned to the property will be automatically applied to the quote by default, but it can be changed directly on the quote as needed.
Office Staff – Web Dashboard
To add a tax rate to a quote - click "Add" in the tax field, then select the tax rate from the dropdown. To remove a tax rate from a quote - click "Remove".
Technicians – App
To add a tax rate - Tap "Discount/Tax", then tap "Add" and select the correct tax rate from the drop down. To remove a tax rate - Tap "Discount/Tax", then tap "Remove."
