Send a Quote

Learn how to send a quote to a customer in Pool Brain.

Once a quote is created, it can be sent to the customer by email directly from the web dashboard or the mobile app. Customers receive an email with a link to view, approve, deny, or ask questions about the quote. After a quote has been sent the customer can also view or take action on the quote in the Customer Portal.


How to Send a Quote

Office Staff – Web Dashboard

Open the quote and click the envelope icon at top of page.

💡 By default, the system will automatically pre-fill emails for all contacts that have the "Quotes" notification option enabled but you can edit recipient emails before sending.

Technicians – App

Open the quote assigned to you and click "Send Quote."



Print or Save a Quote as a PDF

Office Staff – Web Dashboard

Open the quote and click the "PDF" or "printer icon".

Technicians – App

Quotes cannot be printed or saved as a PDF from the mobile app.
