View Job & Route Stop History
Your customers can navigate to the Jobs page in the customer portal and click to open the job or route stop they want to view.
What Jobs Display
Jobs in "Completed," "Closed," or "No Access" status are visible. All other statuses - including "Not Started" - will not display.
What Route Stops Display
Route Stops in "Completed" or "No Access" status are visible.
What Details Display
Customers can view the following details on jobs and route stops: date, job number, type, service address, technician, start time (not end time), chemical readings, chemicals added, and photos.
💡 Photos will only display if they are set to display in job or route stop emails.

Leave Feedback On a Job or Route Stop
Customers can leave feedback directly on any job or route stop by clicking the thumbs up or thumbs down icon in the upper right hand corner.
Feedback is recorded to both the technician and customer profiles - your office will also receive an email notification immediately after feedback is left by a customer.
