October 5 2024 - New Update Released

Techs can now view all customer, equipment, job, route stop, quote, invoice, and payment history/details if they have permission + more

This major app release is the foundation for unlocking many features used by companies of ALL sizes. Technicians can now access a lot more details, photos and history directly within the native app with a deep set of permission controls (and many more features/controls coming soon!).

New Customer Details Screen In App

  • "Customer History" option now exists on all Route Stops/Jobs assigned to the technician (techs can jump to this new screen in one tap)

  • View customer name, status, notes, contact info, properties, bodies of water, equipment, gate code, access info, dog info, service level, type, gallons and more


Edit Equipment Without Completing a Route Stop or Job

  • Techs can now view ALL equipment via customer details screen

  • Techs can now edit ALL equipment via customer details screen

  • Equipment viewing/editing on Route Stops/Jobs has not changed
    (we'll be updating this in the next app release to be even more powerful)


Edit Gate Code, Access Info and Dog Info From App

  • Gate code, access info and dog info can now be accessed from customer details screen and can still be viewed on a Route Stop / Job
    (icons display blue or gray depending on if data has been entered and tech can tap the icon to see more)

  • Techs can now edit gate code, access info and dog info in app if they have permission


View All Route Stop & Job History In App

  • View Route Stop/Job history list in "Jobs" section

  • View all Route Stop details including tech, time, photos, notes, readings, chems added & more


  • View all One Time Job details including tech, time, photos, notes, products & services, workflow, readings, chems added & more

  • Easily jump between Route Stops & Jobs using the timeline bar at top of screen
    (getting details & context on past work has never been simpler)



View All Quote History In App

  • View Quote history list for any customer/property in "QUOTES" section
    (techs can still access/edit their own quotes from the "My Quotes" screen)

  • View all Quote details including status, title, body of water, line item info, attached photos & PDFs, labels, notes, amounts & more


View All Invoice History In App

  • View Invoice history list for any customer/property in "INVOICES" section

  • View all Invoice details including status, service address, service dates, due date, line item info, notes, discounts, amounts & more


View All Payment History In App

  • View payment history list for any customer/property in "PAYMENTS" section
    (full payment management in app coming soon)


New Technician Permissions

  • Added 8 new technician permissions as shown in screenshot below:


    (all actions above apply to the new customer details screen and it's various sections)

  • Added a new technician permission named "Can edit equipment items"
    (controls whether a technician can edit equipment items on customer history screen and while completing Jobs & Route Stops)

  • All of the above permissions are turned off by default for all existing technicians

  • Existing permission "Can view and manage products/services on one time jobs" now also controls whether technicians can view and manage products/services on the new one time job history screen


More Open API Improvements

  • Added PUT request options (edit vs create) for the following parameters:


  • Added Route Stop & Job Details end points

  • Added ability to pull (GET) chemical reading and dosing data in relation to jobs and route stops

  • Alerts API endpoint has has water body data associated with it
