Display Completed Work Items In Customer Emails
Control whether any completed workflow item displays in the customer email for route stops and jobs. You can also set whether the item photo, item name, or technician response displays in any combination and change the customer facing name.
A "share when completed" settings icon has been added to all workflow items for jobs and route stops
Click the share icon to choose whether the name, photos, and/or technician response for the completed item is included in the customer email
Edit the customer facing item name to anything you want. For example, you might change an item named "Skimmer Basket" to display as "Emptied Skimmer Basket" to the customer.

A new dynamic content tag named "Work Items" now exists for one time job and route stop email templates (accessed in templates section of Email Center)
Place the "Work Items" tag inside the Body of Water content block in the email template where you want the item name and tech response to display. (photos will always display where the "Job Photos" content tag is located in the Body of Water content block)
Work item name, photos, and technician response will display in the customer email according to the item's share settings and your email template positioning
Scheduling Improvements
Set a custom "End Location" for any route. This is optional and used purely for route optimization purposes. Technician will not see the start or end location in their schedule as a route stop.
Show nearest routed properties to any address on the fly (even if the address is not in your customer database)
Inventory Improvements
Mark inventory items as "Stock Items". Stock items will be displayed when viewing the inventory location even when the total quantity on hand is zero. Non stock items will be hidden by default when total quantity is zero.
βView zero quantity items within an inventory location on demand by clicking "show 0 quantity items" text at the top of the screen. Stock items will always be shown regardless of this setting.
Other Improvements
A new endpoint has been created to GET quote status change history logs via our Open API
"Confirm Parts Used" screen workflow on one time jobs is no longer affected by internet signal
Job syncing process has been optimized to be fully compatible with the latest Android devices
