If a customer has the same billing contact email for multiple customers or properties in Pool Brain, the customer portal allows them to manage all properties from a single login. This is especially valuable for property management companies or customers with multiple rental properties.
Multiple Customer Profiles
If the same billing contact email is associated with more than one customer profile, a "Logged in as" dropdown will display on the left hand side of the screen. The customer can select which customer profile they want to view from this drop down.
Multiple Properties
Customers with multiple properties can switch between them at any time from within the portal. Select a specific property from the dropdown at the top of the page to view history for that property only, or select "All Properties" to view everything together.
