When a single customer has multiple properties being serviced by you, you'll want to create all of those properties on the same customer instead of creating multiple customers for each property.
How to Add an Additional Address for a Customer
Navigate to the customer page where you want to add a property
Click the Locations tab (map markers icon) at the top left
Click the blue "+ Add Address" text
Start typing the address you want to add and select it from the list that automatically appears as you type. Click "Add" button to create the new address for that customer.
How to Edit an Existing Property Address
Navigate to the customer page for the customer that has the property you want to edit
Click the Locations tab (map markers icon) at the top left
Hover over the address you wish to edit and click the blue pencil icon that appears
Edit any information you'd like (address, city, state, zip code, and tax rate)
Click "SAVE" button to save your changes
How to Delete an Existing Property Address
Navigate to the customer page for the customer that has the property you want to delete
Click the Locations tab (map markers icon) at the top left
Hover over the address and click the red trash can icon that appears
Click "YES" button to confirm
Properties can't be deleted if they have an active route schedule or any route stop, job, quote, or invoice associated with them.
