Learn how customers register for and log into the customer portal.

Customers can register for the portal on their own using the billing contact email address on file in Pool Brain. No invite or additional work needed!


How Customers Access the Portal

Customers access the portal at your unique subdomain link that you create on the Customer Portal Settings page.

💡 Make this link easy to find. Add it as a button or link in your Pool Brain email templates, your own company email templates, and on your website so customers always know how to access the portal.

How Customers Register For Portal Access

Customers go to the customer portal and click "Register Here," then enter the billing contact email address on file. Once completed, the customer will receive an email with a link to create a password and complete signup.


How to Log In

Customers go to the customer portal, enter the billing contact email address and password, then click "Log In."

💡 If the same billing email is associated with multiple customer profiles, customers can select which account to view from a dropdown menu after logging in.


Forgot Your Password?

Customers go to the customer portal and click "Forgot Password," then enter the billing email address and follow the instructions in the email received.
