Pool Brain Payments, powered by Stripe, lets you accept credit card and ACH payments right inside Pool Brain. Setup is quick, secure, and typically takes just a few minutes.
What You'll Need
Have these on hand before you start:
Your business's legal name, address, and Tax ID (EIN)
Legal name, date of birth, SSN, and home address for any owner with 25% or more ownership
Bank account details for receiving payouts
A government-issued ID, if Stripe asks for one to verify your identity
How to Sign Up
Navigate to Settings --> Payment Processing, then select Set Up and Connect Stripe.
3. You'll be redirected to a secure page hosted by Stripe to complete the sign up process.
After You Submit
Once you submit your information, Stripe reviews it before your account is fully active. This is usually very quick, but can occasionally take longer if Stripe needs more details.
