You can update changes across the entire system when editing the following settings in the "Billing Defaults" section on the Settings page:
Monthly Flat Rate or Per Visit
Paid in Advance or Paid in Arrears
Invoice Terms
Auto Email Invoice
Price Changes For Any Service Level/Type Combination
Auto Charge for Chemicals Used (or not) On Any Service Level
Tax Rate Assignment
When a setting or amount is changed, a blue arrow icon will appear beside it
Clicking the arrow is optional and will update the setting for ALL customers/properties/route schedules
(the default setting is changed whether you click the arrow icon or not)
For price changes, you can choose whether or not to update prices that have been "locked" on a route schedule
(allows you to keep custom pricing and change the rest in bulk)
