Update billing default settings/prices in bulk for all customers/properties & more QBO controls/visibility

Update Billing Default Settings & Price Changes in Bulk

You now have the option to update changes across the entire system when editing the following billing settings:

  • Monthly Flat Rate or Per Visit

  • Paid in Advance or Paid in Arrears

  • Invoice Terms

  • Auto Email Invoice

  • Price Changes For Any Service Level/Type Combination

  • Auto Charge for Chemicals Used (or not) On Any Service Level

  • Tax Rate Assignment

  • When a setting or amount is changed, a blue arrow icon will appear beside it

  • Clicking the arrow is optional and will update the setting for ALL customers/properties/route schedules
    (the default setting is changed whether you click the arrow icon or not)

  • For price changes, you can choose whether or not to update prices that have been "locked" on a route schedule
    (allows you to keep custom pricing and change the rest in bulk)

​Other Improvements

  • Added a button in settings to reattempt any failed payment/invoice sync activity in bulk

    Quickbooks Online settings within Pool Brain showing a new button labeled "RETRY SYNC (payments/invoices)"

  • Added a cron process to automatically reattempt the sync for any failed payments/invoices transaction overnight

  • Pool Brain will now detect incompatible settings in your linked QBO account
    If detected, a notification will display in Pool Brain and you'll receive an email with instructions on how to deactivate the settings

  • Technician route stop/job notes entered in app will now appear in web dashboard with the same line spacing/formatting the technician used in the app
