Advanced Filters On Customers Page

  • You can now filter results on the "Customers" page the same way you can in the email center (Equipment Type, Service Level, Scheduled Route, Customer Tag, Customer Status, Address/Location Info, Invoice Status)

  • Clicking the excel icon in the top right corner of the page exports an excel report with only the filtered results listed

Create, Edit & Send Invoices From App

  • Technicians can now create invoices in the app by tapping the green "plus symbol" icon and choosing "Invoice" from the menu

  • Edit invoices directly in the app by tapping on what you want to change

  • Send customer an invoice from the app
The billing contact email is the recipient by default but can be easily changed

New Technician Permission Controls

  • Can see prices/amounts (sub permission of "Can view and manage existing products/services on Jobs" permission)

If technician has this permission active, they can view prices and amounts on products/services on jobs. If it isn't active, they can still add/remove/edit products/services on jobs but not see prices or amounts.

  • Can create invoice in app
If technician has this permission active, they can create invoices in the app.

  • Can edit invoice in app
If technician has this permission active, they can edit invoices in the app.

  • Can send invoice in app
If technician has this permission active, they can email an invoice from the app to a customer or any other email they choose to enter in place of customer email

Hide Service Dates On Monthly Invoices

  • Set whether to hide service dates by default
(in Billing Defaults section of Settings)

  • Set whether service dates should be hidden on a specific route schedule

  • Control if service dates should be hidden on a specific invoice

More Open API Improvements

  • "Method" parameter now exists for the payments endpoint which will return whether the payment is Credit Card, ACH, Check, Cash or Other

  • The "address" parameter has now been changed to "AllAddress" and now searches all addresses regardless of whether they are marked as billing, primary or nothing

  • We have implemented version control so you can choose to update to a later version of the API when desired without having it affect existing integrations immediately after an update

  • Optimized for faster response time

Other Improvements

  • When entering a Heritage number for a product/service, system will check to see if the number is valid immediately. If it is, the unit of measure list Heritage has for that product/service will be pulled into PB. The default unit Heritage uses will be set by default in Pool Brain as well. You can change the unit setting at any time and the selected unit will be considered when determining your current price with Heritage . For example, the price of a CASE (CS) of something would be different than the price of EACH (EA) of something.
