Each property is different and gate codes, access notes and dog info are specific to each property. You may need a gate code to enter a gated community or guard gate. You may need access notes to know where a key is hidden to access a specific gate to enter the yard. Your techs also need to be aware of dogs and more.

You can add Gate Codes (for entering gated communities), Access Notes (for entering the yard), and Dog Information (to keep employees safe). The info you enter will display in the proper place in the mobile app so the technician can easily reference it.

Add Gate Code, Access Info & Dog Info From Web

How to Add a Gate Code

  • Go to the Property Page
If the customer has only 1 property, this will be the default Customer Page. If the customer has more than 1 property, you may need to click the "properties" tab icon and then click the property address to access its page.

  • Click the Gate icon

  • Add the Gate Code
This needs to be a gate code to a neighborhood gate that you would drive through (Use Access Notes for the yard gate code). Example: *15150 or #1010.

How to Add Access Notes

  • Go to the Property Page
If the customer has only 1 property, this will be the default Customer Page. If the customer has more than 1 property, you may need to click the "properties" tab icon and then click the property address to access its page.

  • Click the Lock icon

  • Enter the Access Notes

Access notes are specific to access the YARD such as which entrance to use, where keys are hidden, lock combos, etc. This is NOT where you would put a gate code to access a neighborhood gate you drive through (use Gate Code for that).

How to Add Dog Information

  • Go to the Property Page
If the customer has only 1 property, this will be the default Customer Page. If the customer has more than 1 property, you may need to click the "properties" tab icon and then click the property address to access its page.

  • Click the Dog icon

  • Enter information such as the dog's name, bite warnings, where treats are hidden, etc.
