In Pool Brain, it's easy to let your technicians know what to do, when to do it and how often. This article shows all the common ways to do that.

If you want a technician to see something BEFORE they start the route stop / job...
You would do that by using one of the icons shown here:

Please note that the "Gate Code" icon on the far left is for guard gates or gated communities, etc. It is not for the gate to access the actual yard / property. "Access Notes" (the lock icon) is where you would put yard / property access information.
If you want a technician to see something AFTER they start the route stop / job...
This would be done by adding a checklist item to the route stop or job workflow. You can set the item to auto-delete after 1 visit or any other number so you don't have to go back and do it later.
Let's use an example where a customer calls in to ask if the technician can turn on the heater to 104 degrees during the next route stop visit for a party they're having that weekend...
Click the plus sign icon by "CHECKLIST ITEMS" as shown here:

Enter the notes for what you want the technician to do and then select whether it is required to be completed, whether a photo is required and then click the CALENDAR icon to set when it will be auto-deleted from the workflow (after 1 visit is common):
