Customer Tags

Add tags to your customers for labeling, view filtering, and reporting purposes

Differentiate your customers with customer tags. Quickly filter your customer list to find VIPs, seasonal customers, or whatever makes sense for your business! You can also use tags to send group emails from the Email Center, view them in exported reports, and more.

Add Tags to any Customer

  • Go to any customer page (not a property page)

  • Click "Add" next to "Tags"

  • Create a new tag or select an existing tag

    • New tag = enter a name and click the green checkmark

    • Existing tag = click the tag from the list that displays


Filter Customer List Using Customer Tags

  • Go to customers page

  • Click the filter drop down

  • Click the "Tags" drop down menu

  • Click the tag you want to filter by and the customer list will update accordingly


Send a Group Email Using Customer Tags

  • Go to the Email Center

  • Click the "Tags" drop down menu and select your tag(s)

  • Click Compose Email

  • Compose your email and click Send


Filter Scheduling View Using Customer Tags


ON WEB:

  • Go to the Scheduling page

  • Click the filter drop down

  • Scroll down to customer tags section

  • Use the search box or click an existing tag

  • Click the "Filter" drop down menu again to close it

IN APP:

  • Tap "Scheduling" icon at the bottom of home screen

  • Tap the filter icon in the top left corner of the screen

  • In the "customer tags" section, search for and apply the tags you want to filter by

  • Tap "Apply" to change the view based on the filters selected


Filter Alerts Dashboard Using Customer Tags

  • Go to the Alerts Dashboard

  • Click the "Filter" drop down menu

  • Scroll down to customer tags section

  • Use the search box or click an existing tag

  • Click the "Filter" drop down menu again to close it


Remove Customer Tags

  • Use the "Filter" drop down menu to filter by the tag you want to remove

  • Click on the customer

  • Hover over the tag and click the red "x" that appears

Note: Once a customer tag is removed from all customers, it will be removed from your tags list.
