Save custom view filters on Scheduling& Alerts, sort by tag, multi-company branch access from a single login, new POST calls in our Open API

This release has some great features that highlight our continuing commitment to serve the needs of large pool companies. These are features no other pool company software currently has. Next month, we'll be releasing an exciting update that will directly benefit companies of ALL sizes. Keep an eye out! πŸ‘€

Customize & save view filters for Alerts/Scheduling

  • View filters for Alerts & Scheduling now include option to filter by Customer Tag

  • View filters in Scheduling now include an option to apply to Unscheduled section

    (Unscheduled section is a placeholder for all unscheduled Jobs and Route stops. Any filters applied will also reflect on the map.)

  • Save any combination of view filters as a new "View" to access later with 1 click
    ​(saved views are specific to each user that creates & saves them)

  • Set any saved view as your new default view

Multi-Company user access controls

Please contact us to activate this feature. It is intended for use by large companies who operate multiple branches with different Pool Brain accounts but want to be able to access all their branches from a single login.

  • Choose which Pool Brain account can control access to multi-company viewing

  • Any admin user of the control account can toggle the "multi-company access" user permission on or off for any user of any company within the group of accounts

  • Users with "multi-company access" permission activated can see a drop down menu of all company accounts within the group and can switch companies at will

Open API Improvements

  • POST options have now been added to the Open API along with the GET options that already exist
    ​(POST is the ability to write new data into the Pool Brain database and GET is the ability to retrieve existing data from the Pool Brain database. Our Open API allows you to hire developers to create your own custom integrations if desired.)
    ​

  • New POST options added allow you to create the following via API:
    customers, contacts, properties, bodies of water, access notes, dog info, gate codes and equipment types.
