Mass emails, email send history, customer tagging system, customizable email templates & more

Send Group Emails

  • A new option now exists named "Email Center" in the left hand menu

  • Create an email audience list based on any combination of equipment types, customer status, city, zip code, custom tag, invoice status or route schedule

  • Choose whether "ALL" options selected need to match or if "ANY" options can match

View History of All Emails Sent From Pool Brain

  • Searchable history of every email sent from Pool Brain for any reason
    View what types of emails were sent, which users sent them (or if it was auto-sent), when they were sent, who they were sent to and whether delivery was successful or not

Customize Any Email Template From Top To Bottom

  • Full customization control over default email templates for Route Stop Emails, Job Emails, Invoice Emails and Quote Emails.

Customer Tagging System

  • Add tags to any customer to differentiate them in unique ways

Set QBO Income/Expense Accounts for Products/Services

  • Set which accounts should be assigned to new products/services by default

Misc Improvements

  • A small unsubscribe option has been added to the bottom of group emails to improve deliverability and compliance
    If someone chooses to unsubscribe, you will receive an email with their unsubscribe reason and can take steps needed to acknowledge their request

  • Technician notes in app keep the same line and space formatting on web

  • New fields have been added for "Company Phone" and "Company Email" to make it easier to control specific dynamic content in email templates

  • When adding a new customer, if the correct address is not automatically displayed in the pick list and you click out of it... the City, State and Zip Code fields will now appear so you can enter whatever you like such as a PO BOX address
