When route stops are moved to a different day in scheduling, they're automatically placed in a list for the customer to be notified
Notifications are auto-sent to customers each day at the time you choose
(For example, notifications can be set to always send at 5:30pm at the end of your work day for any customer who still needs to be notified of a schedule change)
Alternatively, you can send the notifications any time by clicking "send now"
