Auto-email customers when route day changes, auto-email follow ups on past due invoices, auto-email follow ups on open quotes & more

Auto-email customers when route day changes

  • When route stops are moved to a different day in scheduling, they're automatically placed in a list for the customer to be notified

  • Notifications are auto-sent to customers each day at the time you choose
    (For example, notifications can be set to always send at 5:30pm at the end of your work day for any customer who still needs to be notified of a schedule change)

  • Alternatively, you can send the notifications any time by clicking "send now"

  • Customizable email templates have been added for permanent move and one time move notifications
    (the right message is delivered based on the type of schedule change that was made)

  • Set notifications to be sent to customer's billing contact, primary contact or both

    (you can also send to an internal email address for manual follow up if preferred)


Auto-email follow ups on past due invoices

  • Create a series of reminders to auto-email customers different messages based on how many days past due their invoice is

  • "Automatic Emails" section has been added to the email center
    (where the new auto-send features are located)

  • Open API - can now make GET requests on customer status such as "Lead", "Active (routed)", "Active (no route)", "Inactive" and "Archived"
