Import products from Heritage Pool Supply
Quickly and easily import products you've purchased from Heritage! This eliminates the need to setup products manually, imports products you actually use, ensures item #s match for automatic cost syncing, and pulls in rich data and photos.
Open the Heritage import window from the Products & Services page by clicking Add new + --> Import (Heritage).
Your 12 month purchase history with Heritage displays automatically.
Optionally select if you want to include products that already exist in Pool Brain that have a matching Heritage item #. This allows you to overwrite the existing product data with Heritage data if you choose.
Select products you wish to import and click the "Import Products" button.
Product name, description, cost, mfg part #, Heritage item #, and photos are all imported into the proper fields and can be edited at any time.
View Expected Profit on Quotes
Never wonder what you're making on a job again. Quote profit now available at a glance.
Expected profit amount and percentage now displays near the bottom of all quotes. Click "show details" to see the full line item break down.
A new office user permission named "Can view profit details on quotes" has been added. Office staff must have this permission to view profit info. It's turned off for all non-admin users by default.
