Customize Issue Reports

Technicians can already report issues from the field on any job or route stop. You can now add custom issue report categories to dial in your operations even further!

  • Create custom issue reports for any category you'd like on the "Customize Alerts" page (part needed, aggressive dogs, etc)


  • Choose whether notes and/or photos are required when technician triggers the issue report

  • Choose any icon from our searchable list to be associated with the new issue report (thousands of icons to choose from)

  • Set a priority level so the issue report is treated with the proper urgency in the alerts dashboard

  • Choose whether to email details to any email address you choose when the issue report is triggered

  • Choose whether the issue report name & photos are included in customer facing job and route stop emails (this can now be set for system issue reports as well)

  • Technician can trigger custom issue reports in the app from any job or route stop

  • Custom issue reports are included in the view filter options on the alerts dashboard



New User Permissions

  • Can send group emails

    if user does NOT have this permission, they're unable to send group emails from the email center

  • Can manage customer tags

    if user does NOT have this permission, they're unable to add, remove, or create customer tags


New Search Options

  • On Technicians page, you can now search to filter by name, phone number, or email

  • In the route stops section of the "Unscheduled" pane, you can now search to filter by customer name or property address


API Improvements

  • Added create_quotes endpoint to create quotes with line items, tax, discount, notes, and status

  • Added quote_status_change endpoint to update the status of an existing quote

  • Added create_customer_notes endpoint to create customer notes

  • Added selectedDaysOfWeek node to the route stops (GET) endpoint. This returns which days of the week are selected (if any) in the route schedule for a property

  • Added new company_list (GET) endpoint. This returns a complete list of all company IDs and company names associated with a master API key


Other Improvements

  • Invoice dates can now be edited in Pool Brain (hover over date at top of page and click edit pencil). Date changes auto-sync both ways from PB to QBO and vice versa.

  • Technicians can now view scheduling info for past dates in the app (if they have permission to view scheduling screen)

  • When importing customers, you can now import customer tags to associate with the newly imported customers

  • You can now sort invoices and payments by whether there is a QBO sync issue (the column where the sync issue icon displays)

  • Alerts dashboard load speed has been optimized

  • When day restricted route stops are moved to an ineligible day, the error message now displays which specific properties triggered the issue
