To give your customers online portal access, you must first create your unique portal link by selecting a subdomain in the settings section. This will be the URL (web address) you will be giving your customers so make sure you pick something that represents your company, is easy to remember and isn't inappropriate to give to customers.  THIS CAN NOT BE CHANGED ONCE SAVED.

 Access settings by logging into PoolBrain, click the drop down arrow in the top right corner of the screen, then select "settings". 

Scroll down and you'll see a section that looks like this:

Click in the box where it says "subdomain" and type what you would like your link to be. You can ignore the ".poolbrain.com" part at the end... that simply shows you what the full link will be once you choose the subdomain portion.

For example, if your company was named ACME Pools, you may want your subdomain to simply be "ACME".  You would type "ACME" in the subdomain box and click the save button. Your new portal link would then be "acme.poolbrain.com". Give that link to your customers and you're in business 🚀
