We are excited to bring you another update with some requested features. Please let us know your thoughts and what you'd like to see implemented next.

COMPANY LEVEL REPORTS SECTION

  • A new menu tab has been added to the main screen called "REPORTS"

  • Viewing the reports section gives you at-a-glance company stats and allows you to generate well formatted excel reports with even more info

  • Custom date range boxes now exist for ALL charts, graphs and lists within PoolBrain

CHEMICAL COST TOO HIGH ALERT CUSTOMIZATION

  • Chem cost alert now has an open text field in the "Customize Alerts" section so you can enter any dollar amount you wish to trigger the alert

POOL BRAIN APP NOW USES MUCH LESS DATA

  • We've optimized image file sizes to reduce app data usage by more than HALF! (we're excited too)

LINKING APP TO TECHNICIAN PROFILE IS NOW AUTOMATIC

Before this update, linking a pool service technician's profile to the app was a 4 step process.

Now, the process has only 2 steps and linking is automatic. Create tech, enter phone #... that's it!

  • Simply create a technician profile using the "Add Technician" button in the top right corner of "TECHNICIANS" section

  • We'll automatically text them with a link to download PoolBrain app. They can also download the app from the app store using any other method. Make sure the phone # is accurate because it will be used for the text invite AND it's the number the tech will now enter to link their phone to PoolBrain.

  • When the technician opens PoolBrain app, it will prompt them to enter their phone #. Once that has been done, they will immediately be linked to the profile you created with no further actions needed. You're all set! :)

To learn more about technician setup, getting them access to the Pool Brain pool service app, and unlinking them from the app if needed, here are a few articles.
