Setting up a subdomain link for your customer portal enables your customers to:

All you need to do here is choose a custom subdomain name and then provide your customers the full URL/Link.

The format will always be "subdomain.poolbrain.com"
For example, the customer portal subdomain selected below (see image) is pbmarketing . The full URL/Link is "pbmarketing.poolbrain.com" where the subdomain is the first part of the URL.

Most people choose subdomains that are relevant to their company but they can be anything you want. For example, if your company is called Aqua Splash Pool Service, you might pick a subdomain named "aquasplash" so that the full URL/Link was "aquasplash.poolbrain.com". You can put this link on your website, in your emails, etc and customers can register for access on their own using the email on file in Pool Brain.

Note: Subdomains need to be entered as all lowercase letters with no spaces or special characters. Once selected, your subdomain cannot be changed and your customers will be able to see it when you provide them the URL/Link- so choose carefully. 😎
