Some companies need to setup and assign different tax rates for different properties in different areas. Here's how to do it:
STEP 1 - Create the tax rates you need in settings
Go to settings ---> Billing Defaults Section ---> Click "Add +" next to Tax Rates

STEP 2 - Assign the appropriate tax rate to any property
Go to the customer page ---> click locations tab ---> hover over address and click edit pencil icon ---> assign tax rate and click save
Any quote, job or invoice created for that property will now have the new tax rate assigned by default.
