Pool Brain automatically assigns categories to customers - Active (routed), Active (no route), Inactive, Lead

You can view and sort customers based on their "Status". This status is automatically assigned by Pool Brain and not able to be manually adjusted by users.

Customer statuses explained

  • ACTIVE (routed)
    Status displays if a customer has an active route schedule for any property.

    Active (routed) status indicator

  • ACTIVE (no route)
    Status displays if a customer doesn't have an active route schedule but has a job, invoice or payment dated within the last 30 days.

    Active (no route) status indicator
  • INACTIVE
    Status displays if a customer has a previous job, invoice or payment that is older than 30 days and also doesn't have an active route schedule.

    Inactive status indicator

  • LEAD
    Status displays if a customer doesn't have any activity yet. This means they don't have an active route schedule, no jobs created, no invoices created and no payment history.

    Lead status indicator

  • ARCHIVED
    Status displays if a customer has been archived

Where you can view customer statuses

  • The top left corner of a customer page will always display the current status for that customer.

  • At the top of the Customers section, you can view statuses. If you don't want to view a status, you can click the category box to disable it and remove customers with that status from the list below.
