LaMotte Spintouch now integrates with the Pool Brain app to eliminate manual entry and ensure that readings entered are the actual readings. (sorry Trevor... pools don't have a chlorine reading of "3" every single week)

Spintouch readings are sent wirelessly to Pool Brain app

  • On Chemical Readings screen, a "Spintouch" logo now displays in the top right corner that shows current connection status to the Spintouch device

  • To connect any Spintouch device, simply tap the icon and then tap "Connect" button (you only have to do this once to activate connection and it will be remembered on all jobs/route stops going forward)

  • A "Send Results" icon will become available on Spintouch Test Results screen when connected (connection happens automatically if Spintouch is on and Pool Brain app is open)

  • Tap the "Send Results" icon to instantly send the readings into the proper fields in Pool Brain app.

  • Readings entered from Spintouch display in purple. If Technician edits a Spintouch reading, it displays as orange.

View color coded readings & edit history on web

  • On Job/Route Stop records, readings are now color coded so you can see at a glance whether the tech entered the reading manually, received it from Spintouch, received it from Spintouch and then edited it to something different, or edited to something different by office staff

    - Manually entered = BLUE
    - Spintouch entered = PURPLE
    - Spintouch edited = ORANGE
    - Web user edited = RED

  • Hover over the readings to view a full history of how they were entered in app and if they were edited (by who and when)

Activity history can now be accessed on Quotes

  • In addition to the history you could already see in various places on quotes, you can now access a full activity history log from an icon in the top left corner of all quotes
