You can add a new Customer from the web dashboard or the technician app
HOW TO DO IT IN WEB DASHBOARD:
Add from Customers page
Navigate to the Customers page
Click "Add Customer" button
Enter the customer's name, phone number, email address, and property address. Only the name and address are required.
Note: complete addresses will be auto-suggested as you type in the address field
Quick Add a Customer from any page
Click the green plus sign icon at the top of your screen
Click "Customer" on the menu that displays
HOW TO DO IT IN APP:
Technicians must have the "Can create customers" permission active in order to create a customer from the mobile app
Tap the quick add icon (green plus symbol) at the bottom of the screen
Tap "Customer" on the menu that appears
Enter the customer information
Tap "Create Customer" when done to create the customer
