You can add a new Customer from the web dashboard or the technician app
How to Add a Customer from the Web Dashboard
Add from Customers page
Navigate to the Customers page
Click "Add Customer" button
Enter the Customer's name, phone number, email address, and property address. Only the name and address are required.
Note: complete addresses will be auto-suggested as you type in the address field
Quick Add a Customer from any page
Click the green plus sign icon at the top of your screen
Click "Customer" on the menu that displays
How to Add a Customer from the Mobile App
Technicians can create new customers directly from the app if they have permission.
Tap the green plus sign in the lower right corner of the app
Tap "Customer" on the menu that appears
Enter the Customer information
Technicians must have the "Can create Customers" permission active in order to add a customer from the mobile app
