Pool Brain keeps a detailed history of everything that happens on a quote - including every edit made, when it was sent, when it was viewed, and all status changes made. This makes it easy to track exactly what has happened on a quote and when.
Quote Activity History
The quote activity history shows a full log of all actions taken on the quote and includes specific details of who took the action and when the action was taken.

Open the quote and click the "activity history icon" in the upper left corner of the quote.
Technicians - App
Quote activity history cannot be viewed in the mobile app.
Send and View History
The send and view histories show when the quote was emailed to the customer, who it was sent to, who sent it, and when the customer viewed it.

Send History - To see send history, hover over the "envelope icon" on the quote. This displays who sent the quote, when it was sent, and the email address it was sent to.
Customer View History - Hover over the "eyeball icon" on the quote. This displays when the customer viewed the quote and who viewed it.
Technicians - App
Quote activity history cannot be viewed in the mobile app.
Status Change History
The status change history displays every status change made on the quote, who made it, when it was made, and any notes that were entered.

Click "View Details" under the status in the upper right corner of the quote.
