How Customers Send a Message

Customers can send a message to your office by clicking "Contact Us." Here they will enter their email address and message, then click "Send."


Where Messages Are Sent

Messages submitted through the customer portal are sent to the "Reply To" email address configured in your company's Email Settings. Make sure this address is monitored so customer messages don't go unanswered.
