Customers can ask questions about a quote directly from their emailed quote or from the customer portal. Questions are sent to your office's "Reply To" email address configured in Email - Settings.
How Customers can Ask a Question About a Quote
From the Emailed Quote
Open the emailed quote and click "Ask a Question."
From the Customer Portal
Log into the customer portal, open the quote, and click "Ask a Question."
💡 Quotes only appear in the customer portal after they have been emailed to the customer at least once.
Where Questions Are Sent
Customer questions are routed to the "Reply To" email address configured in Email -Settings - not to a specific team member. Make sure this address is monitored so customer questions don't go unanswered.
