Manage Quotes in the Portal

Customers can view and take action on quotes in the customer portal

Customers can view, approve, deny, and ask questions about quotes directly in the customer portal - no need to call your office.


View Quotes

Customers can view all open and previously approved or denied quotes in the customer portal by navigating to the Quotes page.

💡 Quotes only appear in the customer portal after they have been emailed to the customer at least once.


Approve or Deny a Quote

To approve or deny a quote, customers open it and click either "Approve" or "Deny," then enter any comments and confirm their selection.


Ask a Question About a Quote

To ask a question about a quote, customers will open the quote and click "Ask a Question," then enter their question and click "Submit." The question will be sent to the "Reply To" email address configured in your Email Settings.
