It's all about the email addresses

In PoolBrain, it's easy to control which customers can see job history for which locations.

For example, you could allow a property management company to see all of the properties under their account but only give the tenants access to the single property they live at, you could revoke access for a certain customer or group of customers, etc. 

Portal access is entirely determined by whether or not the customer's registered email address is present in either of the locations marked below in red outline.

To revoke portal access, remove the email from the property/address you do not want them to see.

To grant access, add the customer's email in either location marked above for the property you want them to be able to see.

You can give one client access to as many or as few properties as they need. Easy peasy.
